Collection of essays
The manuscript includes different essays: An essay by Muhammad Taqi Burghani (1758- 1845) and another by Shaykh Muhammad Razi Gilani. The collection also includes these three: Explanation and receipt for doing prayers on behalf of the deceased Sayyidah Kulsum, the daughter of Haji Sayyid ʻAli (Dod. 1898) and the will of Muhammad Razi, the son of Mirza Kuchak (including instructions for paying the mahr of two wives). The will is dated 6 November 1900. At the end of the manuscript there is a short part on the etiquette of marriage.

Settlement between Mah Sultan and Aqa Mirza Kuchak, 1928
Hajiyah Bibi [Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum Mah Sultan], the wife of the late Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, has transferred all of her belongings to Aqa Mirza Kuchak, the son of her daughter, a descendent of the late Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, in exchange for one-fourth of a rupee, with two conditions: first, that Hajiyah Bibi retains the right to spend these belongings for the next twenty lunar years; second, that after Hajiyah Bibi's death, Aqa Mirza Kuchak spend five hundred rupees for her funeral and charity in addition to hiring someone to fast and pray on her behalf.

Gawhari Khanum's will, 1923
Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. Seven hundred tumans of subtenancy should be paid for fifty years of fasts and prayers. Five hundred tumans should be paid for the expenses of carrying the corpse to the holy cities in Iraq. Mah Sultan's will, 1903
Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum, known as Mah Sultan, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Muttalib, has appointed Aqa Mirza Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Amin al-Tujjar from Shiraz, as the executor of her will regarding her inherited property from her late husband, Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn, as her mahr and as half of her one-eighth share. Khayr al-Nisa’ has left all her belongings to her daughter, Fatimah Baygum known as Bibi Kuchak, for which she is responsible for the cost of forty years of prayers and fast on behalf of her mother.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Shikar Khanum's settlement and will, 1921
Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Allahyar Ganjah and the wife of Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, makes a claim against her brother, Mulla Najaf, regarding her inheritance from her father and her mother, Bibi Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mustafa. Will of Gawhar Khanum, 1905
The will of Gawhar Khanum, wife of the late Haj Habib. The will specifies that a trustworthy person is paid three hundred tumans to go on Hajj on her behalf, one hundred and forty tumans for someone to perform forty-one years' worth of prayers for her and to fast for forty-one months on her behalf, and sixty tumans for her funeral expenses. Gawhar Khanum advises that her son, Muʻtamad al-Sultan Muhammad Husayn Iqbal-i Divan, should supervise the affairs.

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.
